Friend of the Plog and reality TV magnet Jen Chen e-mailed me this video link to last night's awesomely creepy episode of The Bachelor. And it was creepy thanks to the stalker-ish antics of Shannon, a dental hygienist from Overland Park. Shannon overzealously volunteered to kiss the show's main prize, Jason Mesnick,
on the set of General Hospital.
Oh. My. God. She totally flipped out when she got that teeny little kiss. Later, when she got some one-on-one time with Jason, she tearfully begged him not
to cut her. Then she took it to the scary place.
"I'm not letting you let me go," Shannon told Jason.
Uh,
OK. Jason decided that he didn't want to wake up wondering why he
wasn't anatomically correct anymore and refused to give out his final
rose. Biggest. Snub. Ever.
Shannon wasn't finished bringing the crazy.
"When I get back home, I'm going to use my electric toothbrush, and I'm going to give my puppy the biggest french kisses."
Run away, sparky! Run away!
Congratulations, Shannon, and continuing KC's fine tradition of funneling freaks to reality TV shows. And thanks, Jen, for sharing the creepiest video I've seen today.

All OP chicks are like that...they only have a brief few years to become a JoCo mom before their ass starts swelling up and the doods with the cabbage start looking for firmer skin. My bet, Shannon will be KCMO bound earlier than later.
