On the eve of the NFL's biggest game, the Pro Football Hall of Fame announced that Chiefs sack master Derrick Thomas will be enshrined among the game's greats. Thomas lived fast, played hard and died young. I'll let Kansas City Star columnist Jason Whitlock explain why Thomas' off-field indiscretions shouldn't overshadow his on-field dominance and big heart. After the jump, Clark Hunt talks about Thomas' selection and NFL Films pays  a hard-hitting tribute to No. 58's ability to sack the quarterback.

NFL Films put together a sweet highlight reel of No. 58's smashing quarterbacks.
