Fox News shouting head Glenn Beck claimed California is driving him "to the edge of insanity." Beck isn't on the edge of insanity; he's there. He proved it last week when he said he'd like to kick California out of the union. Beck wants California gone for fighting off-shore drilling and raising emission standards and Hollywood bailouts.
"No offense, California, but beat it, deadbeat!" Beck declared.
Uh, really? Yep. To prove his point, Beck invited always credible conspiracy theorist right wing author Jack Cashill on to talk about what's wrong with California. You know, since Cashill is an expert after writing What's the Matter with California? Watch this bizarre video for more true insanity.

GO TO GLENN BECK IN KC THUR NIGHT LIVE
WAKE UP AMERICA
Hey, I lived there for 20 years, and then wisely decided to get the hell out.
It's turned into a cesspool.....
Yea, the state has a govenor with an R behind his name. That doesn't mean he is a Republican. He acts like a liberal, talks like a liberal, governs like a liberal.... Dems- you can have him. He is more like you than what a good Republican should be. Republicans will start winning elections again when we get rid of people like him from the party.
Jack Cashill promotes all theories of conspiracies that might be attributed to the left. If the right-wing looks to be the culprit, Cashill is blind as a bat. When you say "Cashill", accent the "SHILL".
Glenn Beck and Jack Cashill Hate Liberal California.
What's your next headline going to be? Water is Wet?
Did Cal Girl really just blame all of Californias problems on AHNOLD? This is almost too crazy to be true, even for the propaganda echo chamber of The Plog. It is as if there is a select group of non-thinkers out there that feel the specious arguments of the media against Bush are now precedent and can now be applied to any Republican.
Seriously, for the hope of all that is comma splice and comedy, this simply must be an awesome joke, right? I mean, I know too many Demos to believe that even they brainwash their ilk to this extreme.
i don't understand the headline. You have two independent clauses joined by a comma. This is a comma splice. What it literally says is that Beck and Cashill "hate liberal California AND hate state weeps." Is The Pitch afraid of semi-colons?
Glenn Beck is one of those rare fools who if he could enact all that he wanted he would disappear. But because we live in a liberal society he continues to enjoy free speech, liberal gun laws, and civil liberties. Just think how he'd feel if he lived in a real conservative society or if he were even a woman?
