Judson King fought city hall and won. What the 12-year-old from Lawrence won was the right to own a hedgehog.
The City of Lawrence had outlawed the prickly animals, calling them exotic. The CBS Evening News profiled King's quest to own a hedgehog, which culminated with a trip to city hall last month.
"If you're a kid -- if you don't like a law -- if you feel it's unfair -- change it," King told CBS.
