An argument over drugs cost Danielle Gray her life Monday night, a probable cause statement says A witness told police that Gray was "in a fight for her life" with Warren E. Frazier, who pulled a gun and shot her in the head.
Yesterday, Jackson County prosecutors charged Frazier with first-degree murder.
Witnesses told the police that Frazier, 56, poked Gray in the head several times with the barrel of his gun. Gray fought back, but Frazier shoved Gray and fired the gun. He missed. Then he put the gun to the back of Gray's head and pulled the trigger. A wounded Gray fell to the living room floor.
Police arrived at the apartment in the 2100 block of East Linwood just before 7 p.m.
Gray was taken to a hospital, where she later died.

i dont know this man, but she is my sister. i lost a wonderful sister and my niece lost a great mother. she wasnt a perfect person, but she was a bright beautiful person. i ask god to forgive him because no one has the right to take a life! and as far aas him always being for the good...THEY WERE BOTH WRONG!
Its a shame on both sidesbut you as a person have to bell your life and you sometimes get tried of people stepping all over you, They push you to the limit and its too late. That man what a great man so don't you damn put the problem on him. I know it didn't go down like that the gun was pulled and in self-defense grabbed it and next thing you know it was pulled. Warren was never the person that way always for the good.
Lets Be REAL...
DOPE is NOT that SERIOUS!!! She should not have lost her LIFE behind something that didn't benefit either one of them. Now she gone and her family have to go through this terrible grieving period what a shame!
God bless her family and remember the Lord will not give us no more than we can bear. I will keep you and yours in my prayers ~ I too had a family member killed this way; Tuesday, March 04, 2008, she was 27 years old.
