After the whole Tom Daschle debacle, Dirt Diver Kansas asks the only two questions that matter about Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius' potentially nabbing a nomination for Secretary of Health and Human Services:
Governor, if you are nominated by President Obama for a position in his cabinet, can you say now that you do not have any tax problems that could derail your nomination?I did a quick Kansas tax warrant search online, and neither Sebelius' name nor her husband's businesses came up. So far so good.
If nominated, are you confident you could get through the Senate confirmation process?

I don't care if she's paid her illegal immigrant's payroll & SSI taxes, can she do the job in Health & Human Services? It's not like she's in charge of the IRS, like Geithner. The real question is whether she's paid her doctor's bills on time...
But wouldn't the second question disqualify her, �Did you ever serve in the Clinton administration?�
