Here's what the family members of the victims of 9/11 really have to say.

Bill Doyle, who lost his son in the WTC, is co-founder of the largest support group of family survivors, with more than 7,000 members of 2,573 families, representing 80% of those who died on 9/11. "I honestly dont believe the government story," said Doyle, adding everything about the official story and the follow-up investigation has not lived up to his or most all the other victims and survivors expectations. "The 9/11 Commission report doesn't even begin to get at the truth." In an interview he said half of his members believe the government was complicit in the 9/11 attacks.

Just yesterday, as they have done many times before, several of the widows wrote Congress seeking a new investigation into 9/11. "At the 9/11 Commission hearings, little actual evidence was ever produced. Many individuals were not sworn in, critical witnesses were either not called to testify or were permitted to dictate the parameters of their own questioning, pertinent questions were omitted and there was little follow-up. Whistleblower testimony was suppressed or avoided all together. The National Security Agency, an intelligence agency that is responsible for the collection and analysis of foreign communications and foreign intelligence, was barely investigated at all."

I could paste in all the statements from firefighters who lost their friends in the Twin Towers, or people who got out alive, or the families of the dead who find all this conspiracy ranting tantamount to spitting on their graves, but why bother? I don't think any of you guys want to get to the truth, I think you just like discussing and elaborating and going on and on. I get wanting to live in fantasy, we all probably do to a degree, it feels safer and more comfortable, and some of the nicest people I've met throught this job have had ideas about the world and themselves that I find totally nuts. But none of them ever insisted that everyone who doesn't conform to their reality is a fool, and none of them required horrible deaths to get that human, masturbatory satistfaction. You guys get off on tragedy.

-William Rodriguez
-9/11 hero
-saved hundreds
-last one out the building
-dived under a fire truck to survive
-claims explosions happened in the basement
-believes there were bombs in the building

If explosions happened in the basement then wouldn't that be a strategic point to weaken the foundation of a building that was to be demolished due to the multimillions it would cost to remove asbestos. Marion Cotilard pointed out that even the French know that the building was worth more blown up than cleaned up.

Many senior veterans of the U.S. intelligence services also do not believe the official account of 9/11. For a fair and balanced article, surely you should also mention them.

- Raymond McGovern, former Chairman of the CIA's National Intelligence Estimates (NIE) and 27-year CIA veteran. "I think at simplest terms, there's a cover-up. The 9/11 Report is a joke." (According to the CIA, NIE's are "the most authoritative written judgments concerning national security issues.")

- William Christison, former Director of the CIA's Office of Regional and Political Analysis, overseeing 250 CIA analysts. 29-year CIA veteran. "I now think there is persuasive evidence that the events of September did not unfold as the Bush administration and the 9/11 Commission would have us believe. ... An airliner almost certainly did not hit The Pentagon. ... The North and South Towers of the World Trade Center almost certainly did not collapse and fall to earth because hijacked aircraft hit them."

- Melvin Goodman, former Division Chief of the CIA's Office of Soviet Affairs and Senior Analyst from 1966 - 1990. "The final [9/11 Commission] report is ultimately a coverup. I don't know how else to describe it."

- General Albert Stubblebine, former commanding general of U.S. Army Intelligence. 32-year U.S. Army veteran. "I look at the hole in the Pentagon and I look at the size of an airplane that was supposed to have hit the Pentagon. And I said, 'The plane does not fit in that hole.' So what did hit the Pentagon? What hit it? Where is it? What's going on?"

For decades, we relied on these individuals to collect information essential to our national security and provide critical analysis during a time when the U.S. faced far more real and much more serious threats than anything today. We cannot now ignore their stunning condemnation of the official account of 9/11.
