The Green Summit Dispatch reported that the 18-year-old Benton L. Ross allegedly stole Dodge trucks from Lee's Summit, Greenwood and Kansas City. But he had a good reason; he had an important place to be.

By his statements Ross would steal trucks because he didn't have one, didn't trust others for rides and needed to make a scheduled court date.
Definitely don't want to miss that court date.

Hat tip to Erin in the Real World.

This has become a normal thing. Many such cases are seen now a days. But good to hear that precautions are taken to reduce such incidents.
