Killa City: KCPD investigating possible homicide, issue Amber Alert

Kansas City Police are on the scene of what may be the city's 17th murder of the year. Officers went to 4023 Harvard Circle at 9:15 a.m. to investigate the death of a 27-year-old woman. The KCPD issued an Amber Alert for the woman's 4-year-old daughter, Allison Corrales. Be on the lookout for the the family's 1999 Kia Sportage. It's red with Missouri plates -- PB1-R3R.

Update (7:20 p.m., Friday, March 6): Just checked my e-mail. KCPD are looking for Luis F. Coralles, Allyson Coralles' biological father. They're calling Luis F. Coralles "a person of interest."

Looks like the police have changed the spelling of the girl's first name and last name.

Police say Luis Coralles is a 31-year-old Hispanic man. He's 5-foot-5-inches tall, 150 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. They say Coralles has family in Houston, Texas, and Manassas, Virginia. This photo of Luis and Allyson Coralles is 3-years-old.
