The third battle of the season for Kansas City's four-team, all-female roller-derby league wasn't a nail-biter. The Knockouts had no trouble mowing down the Black-Eye Susans, running away with 75-32 victory. The second match was billed as a showdown between the two still-undefeated squads, but the Dreadnought Dorothys kept control during a second-half surge from the Victory Vixens and kept their perfect record with a 70-51 win.
Even though the games didn't come down to the wire, the crowd -- more than 2,000 fans for the third time this season -- got plenty of action. Click on the photo for a slideshow.
