Sand Everywhere Elementary School? Where is that? Two visuals came to mind. Only one involved Steve Martin. Neither included Shanin and/or Parks.
By the by, when I look at the lettering, my immediate reaction was that it said "Piss Con Feces".
As in, "Hey, man, how's your Chili Con Carne?"
"Chili Con Carne? More like Piss Con Feces!"
