School board hires future former Kansas City School District superintendent

The Kansas City, Missouri, School Board has unanimously picked John Covington to be the new superintendent of the Kansas City School Board District.

Covington, a superintendent from Pueblo, Colorado, takes over a school system that doesn't know the meaning of "stability."

What's the over under on how long he lasts?
