Power outage in the Mo Capitol, part deux

Quick update on the power outage in Jefferson City. The Associated Press says a black snake caused the outage. And Captiol Calling's Jason Rosenbaum takes us on a strange trip through the unlit halls of the Capitol. Hope you're not afraid of the dark.
