Killa City: Man shot to death at 54th and Wabash

A Kansas City police officer found an 18-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds at 54th and Wabash just before 8 p.m. Tuesday.

The man was taken to a local hospital but wasn't expected to survive. He didn't. KSHB Channel 41 reports that the man was pronounced dead at the hospital. The victim's name has yet to be released.

KSHB adds that witnesses saw a black or gray Trailblazer fleeing the scene. Anyone with info should call 816.474.8477.
