The Big 12 Championship game is played where?

Why at Arrowhead Stadium in beautiful Kansas City, Texas. Not sure how I missed this in the countless hours that I spent playing EA Sports' NCAA Football 2009. But Eric Barton, The Pitch's

former managing editor and the current bigshot with our sister paper in

Broward-Palm Beach, caught the error while leading the Missouri Tigers

to the title game.

The championship game does alternate between Kansas City and Dallas, so it's easy to see why EA made the mistake. Hopefully, they fix it in NCAA Football 2010 (with Erin Andrews!), which comes out July 14. What a coincidence. I'll be sick that day.
