More allegations of rape in the Kansas City, Missouri, School District . A 17-year-old girl alleges that a 14-year-old boy raped her in a bathroom Wednesday at Fairview Alternative School at 3850 Pittman Road, KMBZ reports.
Police and the school district are investigating. KMBZ says the boy was taken into police custody, and KSHB Channel 41 reports that the case has been forwarded to Jackson County Family Court.
It's the second claim of rape by a student this week. On Monday, a 10-year-old girl claimed that another student raped her in a classroom at George Washington Carver Elementary School (4600 Elmwood
Ave.). Also this week, a 12-year-old male student at Milton Moore Elementary School alleged that two girls tried to stick the end of an umbrella in his butt on a school bus.
