The shooting death of my brother Eric still remains unsolved after 3 years. The Kansas City Police Department was given all needed evidence including suspects and witnesses. They arrested the alleged shooter and held him for a year until he could be certified as an adult. However upon the young punk becoming of legal age they released him.

The DA of Kansas City assured my family and I they would pick him up again to once again begin the proceedings. The K C District attorney failed to do his job!! There have been no arrest and the phone calls have stopped. I guess the DA's office feels this is just another "BLACK" man so who cares.

Well I care and so does his siblings, mother, father and family. Where is the JUSTICE for the wrongful death of my brother....
