The man accused of killing abortion provider George Tiller is certainly exercising his phone privileges. Scott Roeder's latest call from the joint went to KWCH-TV in Wichita. This time, he wasn't bitching about the coldness of his cell. He was whining that no one was raising money to pay his bond now that a judge raised it to $20 million. Of course, that came after Roeder warned of other attacks against abortion providers.
