Killa City: Decomposing body found in a van at 40th and Norton

A foul odor coming from a van parked at 40th and Norton led to the discovery of a decomposing body on Monday morning around 8:46.

The race and sex of the person couldn't be determined, and the cause of death is still under investigation.
