Jackson County prosecutors charged 27-year-old Odell Nelson with second-degree murder Monday in the death of Nelson's younger brother, Dominique Nelson. Witnesses and family members told police that Odell and Dominique Nelson were in an argument at a home at 5915 Indiana when Odell Nelson pulled out a gun and shot Dominique Nelson "multiple" times.
Odell Nelson allegedly didn't stop shooting once his brother was on the ground. Court records say Odell Nelson "stood over him and continued to shoot down into the victim."
Odell Nelson was also charged with armed criminal action.

im gone miss dominique to death even tho he did wrong in life but it not a humans place to judge him it GODS place and people cant be mad at what he has done all u can do is move on and pray its up to god to deal wit it and also odell just put it in gods hand and pray cause there nohin we can do about it now dominique is gone odell is gone and sorry to say joe is gone too and they all will be missed......
