Alleged incest victim speaks to KMBC

KMBC's Peggy Breit obtained an on-camera interview with the daughter Danial Rinehart allegedly subjected to an incestuous relationship.

Ashley Rinehart, 19, says she bore four children by her father. Three died. A boy is in foster care. Rinehart told KMBC that she hoped to gain custody of the child. "My son is everything," she said. "He means the world."

Danial Rinehart is being held on in Cass County on charges of murder, incest, statutory rape, child endangerment and abandonment of a corpse. His wife, Linda Rinehart, has been charged with child endangerment and hindering prosecution. Both have entered not-guilty pleas.

Ashley's younger sister Hayley Rinehart triggered the investigation by placing a phone call to authorities from a Harrisonville Wal-Mart.

ashley we are sisterinlaw and brother of jack rinehart we live in ca. gary calls all the time since it came known. it is really hard to believe . that this happened we are so sorry for you. and your little boy also for your sisters. we hope and pray for you that you and your son come through horrible thing that has happened
