Shawnee police found a 20-year-old woman with five times the legal limit of alcohol in her system passed out in the parking lot and now Shawnee police are investigating Johnny's Tavern (13410 W. 62nd Terrace) to see if they served a minor, KMBC reports.
Five times? Wow. That's damn near lethal, according to the University of Oklahoma's Police Department, which says a 0.40 is the "onset of coma, and possible death due to respiratory arrest."
KMBC says the minor was in a hospital but doesn't give her condition.

Actually she didnt use a fake ID, shes never even had one for that matter. And the bartender sat mutliple drinks and shots in front of her after the bar had already closed so he did know how much she had to drink. Johnnys is the most notorious bar for underage drinkers and everyone knows that. Dont try to act so innocent people arent that gullible.
She didn't "do it to herself" as you claim. Your bartender poured it for her, and unless she was sitting at the bar (where the bartender should have noticed her), a waitress served her the drinks. It is your fault that she drank that much at your establishment.
We think we know who she was. We have bouncers at the door who card. The only way she was allowed in was with a really good fake ID. No one forced her to drink that much. As bartenders/servers, we aren't necessarily able to monitor each and every person in the building, but we do what we can. It makes it even harder if someone else is ordering drinks for their friends. Don't judge if you don't know what happen. Plenty of minors sneak into bars every day, she just happen to be an idiot who got overly wasted. She did it to herself. She came into the bar on her own decision using a fake ID, with the intention to drink and get overly intoxicated. Perhaps her friends should have watched her more closely and cut her off. Don't blame the bar or staff for her personal decisions. We do what we can to not let minors drink, but sometimes people can slide in with a good fake ID.
