Todd Tiahrt wants your money, so he can take over Sam Brownback's Senate seat (Brownback didn't call "quack, quack seat back," so he won't be running for re-election). A couple of Tiahrt friendlies -- super moralist Bill Bennett and former Republican Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert -- will be coming to the Sunflower State to help him raise some dough at "invitation only" events.
Forget the invite-only fundraisers. Tiahrt should just let Bennett loose at the slots. Just keep the talk of young pages to a minimum.
