Another stray bullet claimed a life in Kansas City. A man in his 40s was killed by a stray bullet while sitting on a porch in the 3500 block of Wayne Tuesday night.
Police say two groups of young black men were shooting at each other around 8:11 p.m.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
