This is an astonishing statement. Stan has become a celebrity in the UFO world by claiming first to have video of UFOs and later of nothing less than alien life. The back cover of his book claims "We are not alone ... and Stan Romanek can prove it." His Web site boasts, "The Stan Romanek case is possibly the most scientifically documented human/extraterrestrial encounters case in the world." Now, that "case" is just a "story"? How could Stan's "story" be true and then not be proof that ETs or UFOs are real? Is she suggesting that the Romanek's evidence need not be investigated?
Hello everyone. I am Stan Romanek's wife. This is not the first time this "fallow" question has been raised, nor will it be the last I am sure. I wonder how many dislexic people ther are in this world? Do any of you know? Stan wrote a book for goodness sakes, have any of you? Becasue he misspelled follow once,is he now responsible for everyone else's spelling problems? when you pronounce it, it does sound like it should be spelled that way. Now, as for Stan having a third grade spelling level,again, he just wrote a book, and it is doing amazingly well, for a dyslexic person who has trouble spelling he has never made a secret of his spelling or math problems. It is a disability, and I am ashamed of you all for being so hateful. As for what Stan does for a job, not that it is any of your business, nor will you care, but he is disabled from a sever blood sugar disorder. He has many doctors, that treat him, and NONE of them will allow him to return to work. The crazy part about it is that he was a healthy man, before this ET contact began. But again your hate filled minds can not accept that truth either can they!!
Stan and I are not doing this to prove that ETs are real, or even that UFO's are real. It is about telling Stans story, of what he has experienced, that is all. You are all supposed to be smart enough to make up your own minds about what you choose to beleive and not beleive. Are your minds so full of loathing for other people that you can not stop talking trash long enough to think for your selves,do you have to spend all of your time surfing the web in search of some piece of crap news here or there, that is based on one mans opinion, and not your own. I am appauled by the lack of compassion shown for my husband and thousands of others like him who are trying to deal with a terrifying experience, violations,fears, and then to be assaulted by thier peers.People like you are the casue of them all feeling like they have to hide the truth and remain isolated... No wonder the ETs are so afraid of us.I am afraid of us too.

It was by past mufon head, James Carrion,, in it he does some research on all the reports that form the most documented extraterrestrial story,,,,, in them he finds a strange consistency, that doesn't bode well for Stan's truth factor in this. In every report by Stan, he misspells the same word FOLLOW, he spells it FALLOW, in each report. now that by itself means nothing but the same word is consistently misspelled in his families reports, his friends reports,,, and of all places an Air force Letter to him, as well as third parties who support his story. Now could the Air force , his family , and his friends, all just naturally be misspelling the same word, or does it raise a few alarms about the chance that Stan could, might, be the author of all of them. ?
Thanks to Randel for the tip about George Adamski. As for everyone else supporting the Romanek's, it isn't "cynical" to examine the evidence. In the case of all Stan's "witnesses" the evidence seems lacking once it's been examined. What is cynical is ABC dismissing ALL UFO claims as a sleep disorder. What's also cynical is Stan and Lisa calling out everyone who questions them as haters.

He is another Adamski and 'abduction' cases, (a seperate subject from this silly window peeping video) smack of incubus, NOT space aliens. That's just how modern people interpret it. But the results among the victims are much the same as in the past, and THAT is how a police investigation must define it.
The Primetime piece was a typical mainstream media attempt to discredit anything that has to do with UFOs or aliens. Juju Chang was extremely unprofessional in her approach based on the simple fact that she obviously wanted to make Romanek and his wife look like liars. Alan Scherstuhl's article smells of the same cynical slant. I recently met and befriended some of the investigators close to the Romanek case, and I was privileged in that they shared with me some profound evidence that hasn't been let out to the general public yet; and considering the way the media responds to this topic, I hope Stan keeps everything to himself and the core group of investigators he's working with from now on. He and his family have been through enough, and they shouldn't subject themselves to the mainstream media's dismissive attitude towards potentially important issues. I don't agree with the way he's going about telling the world about his ordeal, but he isn't lying. There's an opportunity here to learn a great deal about the universe and evolve as a species, but not if people like Juju Chang sink their cynical, closed-minded teeth into the case.
The ABC piece was awful in that it tried to discount the entire UFO experience, not just Romaneks. Romanek looks to me like he�s lying but I know people who aren�t. I wish MUFON and sites like this one would shoot hoaxes like Romanek�s down before it goes mainstream and makes us all looks silly.

I watched Stans video tonight and watched him "sell" his story and I was NOT impressed. As usual, the problem is that anecdotal, completely unsubstantiated "alien abductions" and other phenomena get the bandwidth while the only actual, authentic, scientifically proven UFO case - with information that's way too hot to handle for the mainstream press, political and religious interests - is quite actively suppressed. Good question, Mike. It would help a lot if people stopped being so squirrely about like Stan and Lisa are. As soon as their evidence gets questioned they post silly stuff like they did here. if the evidence is real it will stand up to scrutiny!
Every time a UFO picture or video pops, it is immediately fallen upon by debunker and believer alike. The ensuing war of words is then translated onto the original story and from there, finding anything even resembling truth is almost impossible.
We... just everyday people, are like sharks on a feeding frenzy. We pronounce, denounce, accuse, defend, invent and warble each according to our beliefs.
How in the hell would we even know if ET ever did come for a visit?

Ok most researchers know full well that we are not alone. They know that thousands have been visited and thousands abducted. They know that there are at least 15-20+ totally different species of Alien life forms that show any interest(god help them) in Humans.
Now about Romanek - I would tend to believe that his refusal to take more polygraphs is in itself a case of probable 'deception'...although like Whitly Strieber, a polygraph could be complex because he has profound depression, anxieties and more(as do many Americans)...? His wife certainly sounds more defensive than objective in wanting to do anything it takes to make sure Mr Romanek does not verify what is really happening with him.
Are Aliens among us ? Of course! Have they visited Romanek ? I dont know and the more I research 'evidence' the more I say, probably not.
I used to have regular debates with both Stan and Lisa on their website forum, before they took it down because everyone was doubting their story. I noticed how his dyslexia had improved and I questioned him about it. He claimed that the Romaneks had a young lady working for them who was interested in their case and that she had been typing some of his responses for him. So what's worse, the fact that he is lying about his dyslexia, or the fact that he has people pretending to be him? It's all nonsense to make money from selling books. They have no hard evidence.
