Wyandotte County prosecutors charged Luis Banuelos on Tuesday with first-degree murder in the death of Ivan Jimenez.
KCK police found Jimenez and another man shot inside a vehicle in the 2000 block of South 47th Terrace around 3 a.m. Sunday.
Jimenez, 19, is KCK's 25th homicide.
Banuelos is being held on $5 million bond.
