Earlier this week, U.S. Sen. Claire "Bear" McCaskill was (mostly) able to diffuse the crowd at her town-hall meeting at the University of Missouri-Kansas City like a CTU agent. And her meeting in Warrensburg seemed like a breeze. But McCaskill's luck ran out in Jefferson City, where good manners were lacking. Capital Calling's Jason Rosenbaum captured the rancor and talked with McCaskill afterward, although she was diplomatic as always.
