Killa City: KCMO homicide No. 81, Justin Akins fatally shot Friday night

Justin Akins, 20, was shot to death after an argument with three men in at 70th Terrace and Olive Friday night.

Kansas City police received a call about a shooting around 10:43 p.m. The caller said Akins was being taken to a local hospital, where he died a short time later.

Three suspects (all black) fled the scene on foot, police say.
