Leavenworth Mayor Shay Baker was ousted as mayor at a special meeting last night. Baker wrote a letter to a federal judge asking for leniency for an old friend who was convicted of dealing drugs. Check out KSHB Channel 41's video of Baker incurring the wrath of angry old white women.
