Ronald Taylor has been charged with the murder of William E. Harmon, Kansas City Police Chief Jim Corwin reported on his blog today.
Taylor, 30, was captured in last week's violent crime crackdown.
Harmon, 27, was found shot to death in an apartment at 1210 1/2 Independence Ave. on April 5. Corwin writes that witnesses were "drinking and doing drugs when they heard shots in another room, and all of them fled the apartment, including the suspect, Ronald Taylor."
Taylor was arrested last Thursday. He is charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action.

He is the same guy and in my opinion he got lucky by getting off scott free for killing John Menear...his self - defense claim in that shooting was bogus!!
