Killa City: KCK homicide No. 28, Steven Allen

Kansas City, Kansas, police say 32-year-old Steven Allen was the homicide victim in last Thursday's double shooting in the 3000 block of North 11th Street.

Allen, a resident of KCK, was shot and killed on October 8, three days after his birthday. KCK police found Allen and another man suffering from gunshot wounds at the scene. Allen was pronounced dead. The second

shooting victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening

injuries.
