Kansas City police say Lorne Mabon was the man fatally shot near 29th and Indiana yesterday afternoon.
Mabon, 19, was found shot on a sidewalk near the intersection around 2:23 p.m.
Mabon later died at a local hospital.
Witnesses told police that a black male fled the scene on foot right after the shooting. No suspects are in custody.
