After some complaints from groups such as the United Farm Workers, Target and Toys R Us have stopped selling this "illegal alien" costume.
Apparently Amazon doesn't see a problem with it; you can buy the costume -- if you want to take your chances on getting popped in the face -- for $68.95. (Walgreens is offering the same one for $39.99.) But that's not all. Amazon is also selling a "Sexy Border Patrol costume" ...The extra terrestrial creature perpetuates racism and
discrimination in an already hostile environment and during a
period of time when the debate on immigration reform is
increasingly hateful and divisive.

As a legal immigrant from the planet Vhuxxlor, I find these costumes to be incredibly racist and offensive.
I'm glad that the legal aliens here have stood up for extraterrestrial rights, even though I must admit I am a bit racist towards citizens from the planet Glurgggruhhh.
Why could you dress up as any sort of criminal, serial killer, or other law breaker and nobody says anything, but you can't poke fun at criminals that are in our country illegally? "It's an entire race that they're poking fun at"...boo hoo! tell that race to go back to their own country and try to make their country better instead of sitting out front of home depot waiting for someone to hand them a shovel.
The illegal alien mask might be a little racist but all of the others are just good fun.
