Anti-abortion extremists are planning an online auction to raise money for the defense of the man accused of killing Wichita abortion provider George Tiller, The Kansas City Star reported over the weekend.

Last night, MSNBC's Rachel Maddow spoke with the Tiller family's attorney, Lee Thompson, about the auction, which includes bomb-making recipes and sketches -- one showing biblical character David with a slingshot in one hand and Goliath's head, "Tiller" emblazoned on the forehead, in the other; the decapitated body on the ground reads "child-murdering industry." The pencil sketch is autographed by Tiller's accused killer, Scott Roeder.

Thompson basically tells the extremists not to bother because with this "reprehensible publicity stunt," and he'll ask the Kansas Attorney General to have any money raised go to Kansas' crime victims assistance fund. See the full

DRB--yes. ebay's policy is that if you bid and win, you must pay.

I don't know anything about ebay. Are you legally responsible for going through with auctions that you win? If not, I'm going to create some havoc.
