Kansas City, Kansas, police believe the shooting victims' injuries are not life-threatening.

KCK police responded to an "armed disturbance" call around 11:30 p.m. and discovered the shooting victims. At the scene, officers saw a man run into an apartment. The officers tried to talk with the man, but he refused to come out of the apartment. That's when police set up a perimeter around the apartent and called in the Tactical Unit and negotiators.

Negotiations failed and the Tactical Unit went in and took two men and a woman into custody.

If you have any info about the incident, call the Major Case Unit at 913-573-6020 or the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.
