The lunch bunch in Olathe will need to find a new place to get a $5 footlong.

FBI agents engaged in a gunfight with a man in the parking lot outside of a Subway at 151st and Ridgeview last night.

The man -- wanted for aggravated assault -- was shot and taken to a hospital in critical condition, Fox 4 reports.

Check Fox 4's video (and the screenshot at the right). Note the truck and Corvette riddled with bullets. Ouch.

Ive been reading a few posts and really and enjoy your writing. Im just starting up my own blog about my restored 1967 corvette and only hope that I can write as well and give the reader so much insight.

I have no problem with the FBI going after the real bad guys, but wasting my tax dollars over
"wanted for aggravated assault" come on. get after really bad guys. Why do local cops waste time and money after on-line stalkers, instead of road patrol? On-line is where the FBI should be as it's an interstate crime.
Feds after local criminals, Locals after interstate crime, you guys have it backwards.

Wow- FOX-4 had video?

Why didn't they lead with it on their late news after the ballgame Sunday night?
