Smoke it while you can ...

Everybody loves a new drug. Especially a legal one. Even Huey Lewis.

K2 -- synthetic pot -- isn't new, just new to us. Did I mention that it's legal?

The Kansas City Star made itself useful and gave a free ad to a Lawrence shop selling the stuff:

The Sacred Journey, a botanical store in Lawrence, sells bags of K2 for $15 to $30. A store manager declined to comment, but an employee said K2 should be burnt as incense and isn't meant to be smoked. A competing brand is marketed online as "plant food."

But you smokers of the chronic better hurry (and stock up). Kansas state Rep. Peggy Mast is ready to play party pooper (every party has one), talking about making the stuff illegal.

Oh yeah, and K2 hasn't really been studied. So smoke at your own risk.

I tried this over the weekend in Vegas after not smoking an pot for like over 20 years due to job requirements. I tried some of this and OMG, I was blasted for what seemed like days. The second time I did it, I came down much faster, but the first seemed to last a very long time. I know I am not very tolerant due to the length of time since last smoke. Also it seemed to last longer than I remember cannibis lasting. Of course all my friends were not around mooching, but I bought 3g for $30 in Vegas, smoked 3 bowls and still have about 2-2.5g left. I wonder how long till they outlaw it?

Peggy Mast is full of it. She doesn't know a thing about K2.

Fucking ignorant inbred hick writers, inluding Rugg are disseminating false and abhorrent information, insinuating that K2 or any other "legal herbs" are precursors, analogues, or derivatives of cannabis.

This is an outrage and possibly an orchestrated passive attempt to attack the potential uses of cannabis in order to enforce and perpetuate its legal status created by avarice and rascism, and maintained by a failed war against our nation's citizens that destroys hundreds of thousands of peoples lives every year.

Hey everybody i just wanted to say, I tried out some k2 last night and it was really really good. I am about to buy some more. I want to stock up on it just in case. Its becoming harder to find. If you want to buy some i would recommend buying your k2 from this site http://www.salviadivinorumblog... i bought mine there and shipping was really quick, the k2 was very potent and i didn't have to use much at all. Get some while you still can.

Herbs have many purposes...if our government actually did a legit scientific study [studies that do not include any pharmaceutical companies or money hungry suits] to prove that many herbs [1000s of them] have many great properties. But just like prescription and over the counter medications [synthetic substances that are made to be given to our organic bodies] you must know that herbs need to be treated in the same manner; with knowledge and caution. Many people have allergies and every body is different and reacts different to many things (shoot, I have a friend allergic to grass). The problem is not with the use of herbs (ingested, inhaled, or topically); if the news would report on the many people [most would be shocked by how many] who have allergic and/or any adverse reactions to prescription and over the counter medications, people would then know the mass difference between the two. No medications have been tested as long as many herbs have; which the use of herbs have been for millions of years. My choice? Herbs; hands down! Plus, think of it, would that not help our health care crisis? People would have many more options available to them.many herbs could be grown in their own back yard or purchased cheapoh, thats right, the pharmaceutical companies and the money hungry suits would loose on money along with funeral homes and hospitals. The only thing I can think of is that God gave us these plants to use, and I trust Him and his creations, by far, more than any man made synthetic substances.
