Killa City: KC police waiting medical examiner's ruling on cause of death of man in 44th and Jarboe death investigation

Kansas City police found the body of a man in near a retaining wall in the 4400 block of Jarboe around 9:30 a.m. Saturday.

Police say there were no obvious signs of foul play. They're waiting for a ruling from the Jackson County Medical Examiner to learn the cause of death.
