A woman claims she was raped by two employees of Club NRG (220 Admiral Blvd.) after snorting cocaine at an after party at the club, KCTV 5 reports.
The woman reportedly told police that she'd never done that much blow before. She claimed she tried to leave Club NRG -- formerly known as Club NV -- and tried to hook up with friends to get away from the two men, but the men allegedly forced her into a car and drove her to an apartment complex on East Third Street.

The woman said she spent the drive over texting her friends exactly where she was being taken and those friends in turn contacted police.The men have not been charged. I'll file an update if charges are filed.By the time police arrived, the woman said she had been forced to do more cocaine after which she was taken to the bathroom and raped by both men.
Police soon arrived and arrested both men. The victim was taken to a hospital.

I had a meeting with Del the owner to do an event once, however, he was an arrogant douche bag who thinks he knows everything about the entertainment industry asking me why he should bring in "No Name" Dj's he's never heard of and risk losing money, yet nearly every week he'd bring in no name hip-hop DJs or DVJ's to the main room but the only place that would be hoppin was the skydeck upstairs where well known local dj's were playing good dance music. NRG was by far the best venue Kansas City has ever had unfortunately a club is only as good as the owners and the promoters of that club and what Del catered to were the thugs and scum bags looking for a little tail rather than concentrate on the entertainment quality and draw a higher class demographic who would actually spend decent money and respect the club and others around them. I wish someone who loves music and respects the industry would buy the place and turn it around because right now it's such waste of space.
Maybe she needs to check into a rehab clinic..... and lay off "The BLOW" and then she wouldn't be getting into cars with anyone.......

How could she get raped at the club if they put her into a car a drove her to an apartment? I guess if someone has a drink at Ruths Chris and leaves with someone they met thier and gets beat up after they leave " they were beat up at Ruths Chris".
Me and a few of my friends went for a promo bottle and it was really fun! I like that they are strick with the dress code.. unlike power and light now. Im not worried about someone shooting up the place, thats PNL now..
i've always had a bad feeling about that place.
it's not a good place for girls to be going and hanging out.
it just needs to be shut down.
