The autopsy results are in and Leonard Sullivan, Bruce Springsteen's 34-year-old cousin, died from acute amphetamine and heroin intoxication.

KCTV 5 reports that it was accidental intoxication.

Sullivan was found dead in the InterContinental Hotel hours before Springsteen's October 25 concert in Kansas City, which Springsteen canceled.

Sullivan was the E Street Band's assistant road manager for the past 10 years. Springsteen's Web site says, "A warm and sensitive person, he was beloved by Bruce, the Band, the crew, and the entire Thrill Hill family."
