This might shock you to learn, but we at The Pitch cannot neglect our duty to report the news -- even on Monday mornings. So here goes: Some bikers do meth. Gasp!

Eric G. "Little Eric" Burkitt, 25, and Robert E. Stewart, 52, both of Kansas City pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine over a five year period beginning in 2002. Both men admitted membership to the El Forastero Motorcycle Club, a hardcore brand of motorcycle outlaws called 1 percenters.

Burkitt and Stewart both admitted to raising funds, procuring and

distributing methamphetamine during parties, called "runs." According

to charging documents provided by US Attorney Matt Whitworth's office,

each run had around an ounce of the white stuff.

Burkitt was tapped as an up-and-comer with the potential to lead the El Forasteros one day in former Pitch writer Bryan Noonan's 2005 story on KC motorcycle clubs. Burkitt was timid around women at the time, hadn't gotten his patch yet, and had just gotten in a pretty severe accident.

Apparently, he got over that timidness. According to Case.Net, Burkitt has charges pending in Jackson County for two counts of forcible sodomy, forcible rape, two counts of third-degree assault, and first-degree sexual misconduct.

By not going to trial, each man reduced his mandatory minimum sentence from 10 years to 5, and the maximum sentence from life in prison to 40 years. The men will be sentenced once the United States Probation Office wraps up its presentence investigation.

really the pitch nor her has ever excused anyone of rape before...nice shot. But since I am her I would know best...look how long it has been. If it wasn't real do you think I would still care. Do you think I would still have nightmares or drive by 59th street because something keeps bringing back there. The anniversary is next week do you think I would remember that you dumb fuck scared little boy hiding behind a patch because you dont know who you are with out. Do you think i would struggle every day trying to forgive him just so I can move on. If you were not there you dont know.

"Do not judge and criticize and condemn others, so that you may not be judged and criticized and condemned yourselves. For just as you judge and criticize and condemn others, you will be judged and criticized and condemned, and in accordance with the measure you deal out to others, it will be dealt out again to you. "--Matthew 7:1-2

Its sad that people are so quick to judge someone based on one news story. Both of these men have families that love them dearly. In fact one of them is my family. I have been lucky enough to have him in my life from birth until he went to jail last year for false allegations. This man taught me to be the person I am todaywith love, compassion, empathy, whisker kissies, Eskimo kissies, hugsI can go on and on. He is a stand up man. He taught me how a man is to treat a woman and it was never in a disrespectful manner. He is not a bad person. The bad people are part of our justice system. They lie and get away with it while an innocent person sits in jail.

karma is a BITCH!!! it will come full circle times 3.., if you have to force yourself on some one no mater the reasion behind it it is still considered RAPE !!! regardless if she/he had it comming or not, drugs or boose none the less you think it you do it its that simple,NO IS NO PERIOD...not only is it physicaly damaging its also mentaly damaging, and basic trust for man or woman is lost and some never recover from it and end up comiting suicide, so not only should he get life he should also get the eath penalty for manipulative homicide and this not only gos for men its also women that rape to...

interestuing thought....biker rapes girl, distributes meth and everyone thinks he is not guilty hmmmm what does that say for the rest of the "club/gang" The good part is, the judicial system still works and the bad guys still go to jail where they belong. And to the pitch staff, thanks for letting everyone post comments just not the one sided guilty remarks.
PS Eric just so you know, there is a man waiting in a cell to make you his bride. Have fun!!!!!

Apparently you are the one misinformed and still scared to use you name. Dna is a funny thing it seems to get to the facts. The fact being his dna was found not only on her but on her ripped clothing. The pc statement that the pitch posted says it all.
