Of puppets and politicians; Parkinson meets Sid the Science ... who?

Kansas Gov. Mark Parkinson is definitely getting a raw deal.

Former Gov. Kathleen Sebelius gets to pal around with Elmo, and Parkinson gets stuck with Sid the Science Kid.



He's not even a puppet. And look who else met Sid.


I bet Parkinson feels used.
