A Sugar Creek man committed suicide Monday morning, using a couple of canisters of cyanide gas, which sent four first responders to the hospital, according to Fox 4.

Police described as in his late 50s or early 60s. The man's sister-in-law found his body in a truck in the 11400 block of Burton before 10 a.m.

From Fox 4:

Inside, on his computer screen, was a suicide note warning that he had used cyanide gas to kill himself.

This method of suicide is reportedly a growing trend.

The first responders and the man's sister-in-law are expected to recover.
