We've all suspected the desirable of having an easier time of things than the rest of us average lumps. But until now, we didn't know just how much better they had it. Thanks, University of Kansas scientists!

A study published in the December issue of Personal Relationships, done by researchers from KU and the University of Georgia, found that hotties in urban environments benefit from a sort of social free market that rewards their glowing skin with more secure social relationships. This also leads to a better emotional well being. It's a much bigger deal in urban areas than in rural towns, where looks aren't as important to building relationships as who is living in the community.

We called KU to learn why this study was done, but unfortunately didn't hear back. Either way, it's commendable that someone's figured out a way to make a living at this.
