There may be no better time to rob a bank in the Kansas City metro area.

Various news outlets and the FBI are reporting dual bank robberies this morning -- one in Kansas City and one in Lenexa. Seems like the FBI is really busy with these cases. It's probably a good time to try and sneak one past 'em.

This morning's first robbery took place around 11:30 a.m. at Bank of the West on 13080 West 87th Street, in Lenexa, where a thirtysomething guy in a blue Arizona hoodie said he had a bomb and demanded money before reportedly escaping in a black SUV.

The second took place within 30 minutes at Metcalf Bank at 9740 Wornall Road, where a 50-something guy demanded cash and fled in a white van.

For the women who are averse to wearing roman sandals because they find them a little masculine for their taste, or simply because they are scared the shoe type will make them look short, a good alternative is to purchase strapped thong sandals.

Hank,Fully agree with you; ain't nothing funny about a crackhead in a bank with innocent victims waving a gun around. only "Funny" thing is the Banks refuse to take this serious, they refuse to budget Any money for pro-active security because security doesn't make money. Your off the cuff remarks on bank robbery are not funny. Many people are physically hurt or emotionally scarred each year in bank robberies. Please do not encourage anyone to rob a bank.
