The first trial in the alleged child sexual abuse case in Lafayette County is scheduled for March.
Darrel W. Mohler's trial is scheduled for March 24, according to KSHB channel 41.
Darrel Mohler, 72, is charged with two counts of felony rape for allegedly having sex with minor girls in his family. Mohler has denied the accusations.
The next court hearing in the case -- involving Burrell Mohler Sr. and his sons -- is set for January 12.

in the absence of dna, dudes get convicted of rape or sexual assualt for he said/she said testimony all the time. this is he said/they said.
I can't believe that they're actually taking this thing to trial. The prosecutors must have some shocking evidence that they're saving for trial, because I haven't read about any proof of anything illegal.
