It's official: Ex-Notre Dame coach Charlie Weis is coming to KC to run the Chiefs' offense.

Weis joins Chiefs general manager Scott Pioli as part of a New England Patriots reunion. Weis ran the New England Patriots Super Bowl champion offense

while Pioli was vice president of player personnel with the Pats. During Weis' tenure with New England, the Patriots won three of four Super Bowls.

We're expecting Bill Belichick to take over as head coach by 2011. Tom Brady should be KC's quarterback by 2012.

Still up in the air is where ex-Cleveland Browns coach Romeo Crennel will land. The New York Giants are in play as well as other unnamed teams.
