Funk and Gloria are getting sued again

Mayor Mark Funkhouser is facing another lawsuit stemming from "Mammygate." This one ,from former aide Shawn Pierce, alleges he was fired for supporting Ruth Bates -- who settled a discrimination lawsuit against Funkhouser and his wife, Gloria Squitiro.

Pierce claims "Squitiro made unwelcome, sexually offensive remarks about him and other co-workers while working in the mayor's office."
