Christopher J. Thomas Jr. admitted to police that he sexually abused an 8-year-old girl.
On Thursday, Clay County prosecutors charged Thomas, 18, with first-degree felony statutory rape.

Court records give this account. The 8-year-old girl, her 10-year-old
brother and Thomas were at an apartment in the 8000 block of N. Hickory
in Kansas City.
The young children began arguing, and Thomas
told the girl that she was a "brat" and took the girl to a back
bedroom. There, Thomas allegedly forced the girl onto a mattress on the
floor, pulled up her dress, removed her underwear and vaginally
penetrated her with his penis.
The girl told Thomas that she didn't like it. "You better like it," Thomas allegedly told her, and kept going.
The
boy entered the bedroom and told Thomas to stop. Thomas then allegedly
used a Taser on the boy's right arm. Finally, the girl's mother then
came home, and Thomas allegedly told the girl to pull up her underwear.
After the girl's mother went to sleep, Thomas then allegedly
took the girl into the bedroom again and vaginally penetrated her with
his penis. The boy tried to stop him again, and Thomas again allegedly
Tasered him.
After the girl showered, Thomas allegedly threatened her and her brother, telling them to keep quiet about what happened.
On
January 9, the 10-year-old boy told a family member about the incident.
The family member told the children's mother, who filed a police report.
Two
days later, the girl was interviewed at the Children's Advocacy Center.
The girl claimed that she was arguing with her brother when Thomas
stopped them and told her that she had three choices:
1. Thomas would tell her dad
2. The girl would get a spanking
3. Or Thomas would do the things that he's accused of doing to her.
The
girl didn't choose, so Thomas allegedly took the girl to the bedroom,
pulled up her dress, pulled down her underwear and touched the girl's
butt with his penis. The girl told case workers that Thomas was on his
knees behind her, facing her back. She said it made her butt "feel very
uncomfortable." Thomas allegedly put baby oil on his penis and told her
"shh" during the alleged attack.
During the second alleged
attack, the girl's brother called her into his room where Thomas was
waiting. She claimed Thomas told her that he was punishing her for
being a "selfish brat." Thomas allegedly told the boy to leave the
room, and the girl started crying.
Thomas allegedly inserted his penis into the girl's butt and "did it hard." Thomas again applied baby oil to his penis.
A
forensic interviewer also interviewed the girl's brother, who claimed
to have Thomas sexually abusing the girl -- and covering the girl's
mouth with his hand. He claimed Thomas took a Taser, set it on high and
shocked him three times on his arm. The boy had two small white marks
on his arm.
After the second incident, the boy told the
interviewer, he and his sister heard his 3-year-old sister screaming.
He and his sister went to Thomas' room, but they couldn't get in
because he said something was blocking the door. He later claimed to
have found his 3-year-old sister outside the room where the alleged
attacks took place with red marks on her face, arms and legs. He said
the girl's pants were sagging off her bottom and her diaper ripped
open.
The boy told his aunt and his dad about the incidents the Saturday after they happened.
The boy also said Thomas had shown him videos on a computer of naked girls and boys on a site called "Porn hub."
Police arrested Thomas on Tuesday.
Yesterday,
detectives questioned Thomas who initially denied inappropriately
touching the 8-year-old girl. But later, he admitted putting his penis
between the girl's closed legs and "humping" her. Thomas told
detectives that he poured baby oil on the girl's butt and vagina and
humped her but didn't insert his penis into the girl's vagina but did
put it between the lips of the girl's vagina but "not in the hole."
Thomas told police that as he neared climax that he "pulled out" and
ejaculated into the girl's panties and on her back.
Thomas claimed he was molested as a child and had a dream about it the
night before the alleged attack. He told police that he woke up wanting
to "make someone feel the way he felt." He told police that he had previously
instructed the girl to take off her clothes in December
2009 to see what it looked like. But someone getting out of the shower spooked him, and he told the 8-year-old to get dressed.
Thomas
added that he caught the 10-year-old boy humping the 2-year-old girl.
He stopped the boy, and then gave him tips, instructing the boy to put
baby oil on his penis while humping the child to "make it better." The
boy was uncomfortable applying the oil in front of Thomas, so he went
into a closet, came out and started humping the child again while
Thomas chatted online. Thomas said this happened in November 2009.
After the boy finished, Thomas told police that he pulled down the
child's diaper, who he estimated at 18-months-old, oiled up his penis
and "humped" her while she laid on her stomach with her legs closed.
Thomas claimed his penis never entered the child but did go between the
lips of the child's vagina. Thomas told police that he didn't ejaculate
because the girl smiled at him while he was doing it.
Thomas
also admitted to showing the 10-year-old boy pornographic videos on his
computer, including one from "porn hub." Thomas told police that he
looks at porn all of the time and masturbates to it. He claimed that he
is uncomfortable with girls his own age and has trouble getting aroused
by them.
Thomas also admitted to physically abusing his sister
from the time she was in fifth or sixth grade until she reached middle
school. He also stated that he "beat the shit out of her all of the
time." Thomas also admitted to having sexual encounters as a juvenile
with other juveniles that he's related to.
Thomas told police
that on a scale of one to 10, his uncontrollable urges are a nine, and
that if he's released that he didn't know if he'd do this again.
Thomas' bond is set at $250,000. His next court appearance is scheduled for 9 a.m. February 2.

I got to know CJ very well before all this happened. From the interactions and one on one's that I had with him, he seems like a very distraught person. I don't know much about his childhood but I can say that CJ needs help. There is nothing that can/will justify what he did but I don't think any of us are in our place to judge not just him but anyone. He will get judged in court and by God. I agree that rapes, especially dealing with children are horrible and deserve every punishment that they get and that's what will happen. I really hope he gets the help that he needs. Yes, he needs to do all the time that they give him for this, but more than that, he needs help because anyone that does or even considers acts like these can't and are not sane.
