Derrick Patterson prayer vigil tonight: Killa City homicide 10

The AdHoc Group Against Crime is holding a prayer vigil for homicide victim Derrick Patterson Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.

The vigil will take place at Joey Cuts Barber Salon (3914 Indiana) where Patterson worked.

Patterson, 30, was found shot to death inside a vehicle in the 1700 block of Haskell Avenue last Friday.

I HOPE THEY FIND WHO DID THIS, DERRICK WAS A WONDERFUL MAN AND DIDNT DESERVE TO DIE. WE NEED TO PUT DOWN THESE GUNS QUIT KILLING OUR OWN. DERRICK WILL BE TRUELY MISSED BY ME AND SO MANY. KEEP THE PATTERSON FAMILY IN YOUR PRAYERS ESP, HIS GRANDMA MOTHER, HIS TWO KIDS, AND THE MOTHER OF THE KIDS...
